IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. By purchasing this booking, you agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS below.
2. All bookings, once PAID and FINALIZED are Non-refundable, Non re bookable, Non re routable, and Non-transferable.

3. Any unused part or in full of this booking shall not be refunded.

4. In the case of FORCE MAJEURE, rebooking is allowed subject to approval, availability, and rate differential of the same airline, tour, and hotel. A REFUND IS NOT AN OPTION.

5. Full payment must be settled within 45 days before the departure date. The company reserves the right to cancel your booking reservation if you failed to pay the balance within 45days before the travel date. The deposit will be forfeited.

6. In the event of a sudden adjustment to the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.

7. The package is not applicable for seniors, PWD, corporate, and student discounts. A booking confirmation will be issued upon down payment as proof of reservation. E-tickets, Service vouchers, Give away will be given on the orientation day 2 to 3 weeks before the departure date.

8. For the pax who cannot pass the immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-reroutable, and non-re-bookable.

9. Visa processing is 3 months before the travel date. The Visa fees and reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that we do not have any control over visa results and immigration decisions.
